More than likely, we can fill your prescription! Please feel free to send over a copy of your prescription to [email protected] and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your prescription. If not, we’re happy to offer you other options!
It will take around 10-14 business days from the time the order is placed, to the time of arrival to your door as long as we have all of the required information.
Of course! We offer a 30-day money-back warranty on every PAIR! If there’s anything about your PAIR or your top frames that you don’t like once they arrive, we are happy to return or exchange your items for you - no questions asked. Just reach out to our customer service team for additional help.
Yes, we currently offer progressive lenses as a lens add-on to any of our frames. If your prescription includes ADD values, that means your order has Progressive lenses. We currently do not offer bifocals but all bifocal prescriptions can be made as progressive lenses which are a more modern alternative to bi-focals without a line in the lenses.
Blue-light filtering is a fantastic lens add-on for anyone who spends a lot of time in front of computers, cell phones, or tablets. Blue-light can be harmful to the eyes and cause fatigue - this add-on can help with that!
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
Yes, PAIR currently accepts most HSA and FSA cards. You can use your HSA or FSA card directly on site when placing your order. If you don’t have an HSA or an FSA card, up to 80% of insurance companies will reimburse you for the cost of PAIR prescription glasses. You can request an itemized receipt from our customer service team after you order to begin your reimbursement process.
