Getting Started

Before diving into all of Pair's unique frames there are a few things to have prepared to make your buying journeyfun and easy!

Make Sure You Have Your Insurance Card

If you have an FSA or HSA account, you can use your pre-tax dollars to save on your new prescription eyewear! Keeping your insurance card handy can streamline your online journey to find the perfect pair.

Make Sure You Have Your Prescription, Too

If you’re ordering non-prescription sunglasses or glasses, this won’t apply to you!

But if it does, know that when you order from Pair, you can seamlessly import your prescription information. This frees you up to focus on finding frames that you love.

You should receive a prescription card from your optician after your yearly eye care checkup. However, if you lost or misplaced the card your optometrist gave you,we can help! Pair can simplify your experience by directly contacting your eye doctor using the information you provide,saving you all the hassle.

To order, you’ll also need your pupillary distance (PD). If you can’t find it on your card, you can measure your PD yourself in just a few minutes. It’s a step worth taking to ensure perfect-fitting glasses.

Selecting Your Frames

At the top of our landing page, select a section to browse from Womens, Mens or Kids Base Frames. Apply filters to see frames in the specific shape or width you are looking for. We also now offermixed material frames with metal temples for a sophisticated look.

Afterchoosing your perfect frame, select the button titled "Design your ____" and it will take you to the next step, picking out your Base Frame color.

Selecting Your Lenses

Once you’ve decided on yourBaseFrame shape and color, youwill move forward to the Select Your Lenses section.We offer a variety of lens materials available to suit your lifestyle and budget. Here is a look at our premium lens lineup:

Once that’s done, you’ll get to the fun part a.k.a. picking out Top Frames! Our Top Frames start at $25 dollars, with 100s to choose from. You can scroll through our limited edition collections, or select filters to find a specific color or pattern. to further customize your Pair.

Extras

During the last steps of checkout, you also have the option to purchase a Wall Hanger to safely hang all your Top Frames, our Handy Dandy Cleaning Kit, or PairCare, which we highly recommend.

All US orders include free standard shipping and 30-day trial of your new Pair, with free returns if you don't love them!

For our international Pair Fam, shippingcosts will vary based on your location. Weare so excited to be able to deliver your favorite styles to select locations across the globe!

Completing Your Order

If you're purchasing prescription glasses, you’ll have 3 options to add your script. You can:

• Upload a photo
• Have Pair call your eye doctor
• Receive a reminder later

Once you’ve completed this, you're all ready to finish checking out. You can proceed to enter your Shipping and Billing information and select a payment method. Some payment options that we accept are credit card, PayPal, Klarna and shopPay.

This is also where you can choose to pay with HSA/FSA.After clicking “Pay now”, you will be redirected to Flex Pay to complete your purchase securely. For select insurancesyou can also apply for insurance reimbursement after purchasing.

Once you've entered in this information and completed all sections, click "Pay Now" and you're all set! Shortly after, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your purchase. In the coming days, you’ll receive an email about sending us your Pupillary Distance (PD) for your new glasses. Instructions are provided on our site for how to accurately measure your PD.
