I've been submitting emails and people say it's shipped when the the tracking info has a link clearly stating "pre-shipment" status which means it has NOT shipped. I paid nearly $100 for this order alone and getting a runaround. I ordered it 17 days ago and it's been in this same pre-shipment status for 9. Is someone going to listen to me now???"
