What is Pair+ Credit?
Pair+ Credit is the prepaid credit included with your Pair+ subscription. You can use your Pair+ Credit toward eligible Pair purchases.
How do I join?
You can opt in to become a Pair+ member by completing a purchase online and selecting the Pair+ option at checkout. Once your order has been placed you'll automatically join our exclusive monthly membership! Please note: Pair+ is available to US customers only.
Where can I see my Pair+ Credit balance?
You’ll be able to see your Pair+ Credit in 3 places: “My Membership” once you log in, the top of your home page once you log in, and checkout.
Can I use Pair+ Credit and Loyalty Points on the same purchase?
Yes. Pair+ Credit and Pair Rewards Points can be used together on the same eligible purchase, giving you more flexibility in how you use your benefits.
What happens to my Pair+ Credit if I cancel Pair+?
Your Pair+ Credit balance stays in your account and never expires!
Why do I now have two balances, Pair Rewards Points and Pair+ Credit, instead of one?
Pair+ Credit and Pair Rewards Points represent two different types of value: Pair+ Credit is prepaid value included with your subscription, while Pair Rewards Points are rewards you earn. Showing them separately makes it easier to understand where your benefits came from, track how you use them, and choose how you want to apply them.
Can I combine Pair+ Credit and Pair Rewards Points into one balance?
Pair+ Credit and Pair Rewards Points will remain separate so you can easily track each type of benefit. However, you can use both toward the same eligible purchase, so you still have flexibility when redeeming your benefits.
How was my new balance calculated?
On 10/27/2026, your existing Pair Points were separated based on how they were originally received. Points associated with your Pair+ subscription became Pair+ Credit, while points earned through Pair Rewards became Pair Rewards Points.
Your total value has not been reduced as part of this change.
When does Pair+ Credit expire?
Pair+ Credit never expires!
Does Pair+ have a monthly fee?
Your first month is free. 30 days after your first purchase, you'll be charged $30/month that becomes store credit unless you Shop or Skip before your next payment date. Your monthly payment date is the anniversary of your initial payment, i.e. You signed up March 8, your next payment will be charged on April 8.
How long is the membership?
There is no commitment on your end! You can pause, skip, or cancel at any point.
When do I get charged?
You'll be charged $30 on your subscription anniversary, which will then be converted into $30 in credit.
For example: I subscribed to Pair+ on March 8, so I'll be charged every 8th of the following month.
How can I use my Pair+ Credit?
Log in to your account before checkout, and your Pair+ Credit will be available to apply. Forgot to log in? You can also log in during checkout.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can easily cancel the membership by logging in to your rewards page. Click “Manage Membership" and choose “Cancel Membership" in the menu. Simply select the reason for cancellation in the menu and click "cancel," and that's it.
You can always reactivate your membership by logging back in and hitting the “Reactivate Membership" button.
