"I love the frames and the colors. However, I did have a disappointing customer service experience with this order. I tried to use points to place the order. Everything looked fine until right as I went to checkout and the points disappeared and my card was charged. I reached out three times to try to find a solution and never heard back. It has been well over a week since I first reached out. I decided to use my my remaining points and then cancel my Pair+ account due to the poor response."
