Never received it

"I ordered 4 items and only 3 arrived in the package. When I reached out to ask when I would be receiving the missing item, they said the package was delivered. I had to reiterate what I said yet again; the order was missing an item and when would I receive it? Still no answer. Then they asked me to review the very item I did not receive. 🫠"

Not for me

"The virtual try on feature, while convenient, is 100% not accurate. I compared the image I saved to what they looked like on and the difference was night and day. I had to do an extensive Google search to determine the best frame size for my face. Stating the frame size is nice, I guess. But there was no practical application. Ok, the frame is wide. . . what does that mean it terms of how they will look on your face? Grateful for the 30 day return policy and hoping the Casper looks better."

Excellent quality

"Love my new Pair eyeglasses. I was nervous about actual fit, since there is no way to try the glasses frames on my actual face. I used the virtual try on, then hoped for the best. These glasses are a perfect fit! I paid careful attention to the stated widths and selected exactly the right one. I can already tell the top frames will be addictive, can't wait to get my next cute topper! My lenses are trifocal, and these are the best transition view I have had yet. Very pleased!"
