"The frames are a bit serious/chic with a touch of whimsy. They are perfect for that occasion when you need to be a bit more serious but still want to show your personality. They would have been perfect except I ordered the wrong style and could not reach anyone to correct my mistake before they shipped. I tried 5 times 2 different ways within 24 hours of placing my order. The tops were sent, money returned and I have 2 tops that I have no use for. I will throw them away. What a waste. Good customer service would have prevented this and I may have given 5 stars. Work on your customer service. The product should almost sell itself. Keeping happy customers is the trick and you are failing."
