"This is similar to the Pluto Pearl Crystal, but more opaque and all blue. There are only shades of blue, not other colors like the Pluto. I attached some photos of this layered over different colors, but you can't really see a difference. You get a slightly different color when it's layered over silver frames compared to black frames, though."
