I still haven't received this

"I've had to contact support 3 times now (still waiting on a response for the last time). The first order got lost in the mail, fine, it happens. But the last 2 orders they've sent me have been the wrong top frame. I've gotten the same pink floral print frame instead of the print that matches the picture on my order. I think they may have a stocking issue and don't double check that the frame actually matches the order slip. Really frustrating, I just want the frame that I ordered."
