What are Tops Frames?

Add personality to your Pair with hundreds of swappable Top Frames that instantly snap onto your Base Frame. We have tops in unique patterns, bold colors, Sun Tops, and classics!

How Do Top Frames Attach to Base Frames?

The magic is in the magnets. Two invisible, ultra-lightweight magnets (we’re talking < 1 gram), cover the top left and right corners of the frames, firmly attaching the top frame.

What Are Top Frames Made Out Of?

How Thick Are Top Frames?

2mm. Our goal is to have our Pair Family seeing 20–20, so our Tops will not obstruct your vision.

How Heavy is a Top Frame?

The weight of a single Top Frame ranges from 2.6 to 3.5 grams, depending on the model. That’s lighter than a teaspoon of sugar! Our Sun Tops will typically add an additional 2–3 grams due to their lenses.

Love the Mixed Material Reese!

"I love the mixed material Reese frames! I have the regular acetate ones too, but these fit even better. The nose bridge is a bit lower so they don’t seem like they’re sticking up so much. They’re also lighter weight than the acetate, which is nice! They have a sleek look from the side. I got the clear so they look great with all the various toppers I own. I also like that the Reese shows more of the pattern/design on toppers than some of the other base frames—not too much for my narrow face, but enough to make the designs noticeable. Highly recommend!"

Love but don’t like the dots

"This is my fourth pair of The Reese over the years! I love these glasses and the ease of the ordering! This is the first pair that has the little logo on the corners, I don’t like that. I wear these everyday and don’t want logos on the front of my face and in every photo of me. It’s also silver and that can class with my jewelry colors. Just a little disappointed in the change that wasn’t needed but still love the glasses themselves!"

Lightweight light pink sparkle frames

"Lightweight Sparkle frames are very cute, but they have just a little bit of sparkle in them and not a whole lot. . I need to take them to a doctor and have him bend the arms so that they stay on my face when I bend over. I do like the tapper that goes with it , which is purchase separately. Good nice thing is that you can vary your look within seconds."

Wrong prescriptions

"I was so excited to have a new pair & be able to see. If I wear them properly on my nose everything is blurry. If I push them down to the tip of my nose (as in 4mm from falling off) I can see in the distance & simply have blurred phone. I emailed customer service & was told to wear them for a week & let my eyes adjust. ??? I have been wearing glass for 40 years, I know when my sight is blurry. I took them to American Best (the eye Dr to check rhe prescription. I expect the same wonderful feeling I had in 2024 when I first ordered glasses. I am sadly disappointed. $600 in glasses & being told to let my eyes adjust I am in shock"
