Can’t Review What You Don’t Receive x3

"I would love to tell you how great these toppers are, but for the THIRD time, they have not arrived. First they were the only item omitted from an order of 8 toppers, then they never showed up after customer service sent a replacement. And now TWICE Pair has sent me a replacement item, and both times they sent me the Black Sun Topper. So I now have 3 of those and zero of the Non Polarized Green Tortoise topper. Buyer beware of Pair—a very clever company with a great product that can’t seem to fulfill orders accurately. It’s been over 2 months now and still don’t have this item."

Wrong one

"Desperately wanted a nonpolarized topper. Saw this on sale! Ordered beginning of June. End of June, I received my package missing this sunny! I called and they resent it. End of July, package arrived with the polarized brown tortoise. Reached out again. They said they'd send again. A week later, they reached out to tell me it was now out of stock and they refunded me so I could buy another. But sale had just ended so can't replace without spending $15 to 20 more. And summers over, so. They should have made it right by sending a replacement for no extra cost. Other businesses would have gone above and beyond to correct their mistake."
