Love the Versatility, But Refund Policy Disappointing
"I really love the concept and versatility of these glasses with the interchangeable magnetic tops—it’s fun to change the look so easily. However, when I received two of the tops, the magnets were misaligned and wouldn’t stay on the frames correctly. Unfortunately, instead of replacing them at no cost, I only received a partial refund, which was disappointing since the items arrived defective. That process definitely needs improvement. Aside from that, I am enjoying the glasses overall and find them stylish and practical."
