"On its own, this crystal has a subtle rainbow effect, but the colors really shine on a dark frame. If you don't have a dark frame, you can stack her on top of a darker topper like I did to intensify the colors. The first pic is on my clear frame and the others show her stacked on a dark blue topper. The color shifts with the angle of your head. I'm glad I didn't miss this one!"
"I'm not sure about these. The pictures and video online look more pastel, but in person the effect is harsher, especially in sunlight or direct light - think like the intense rainbow sparkles of a broken CD or a sun catcher rather than "iridescent". It's not that it doesn't look cool, it's just not what I expected. They also sit just a smidge too high on the frame so I found myself adjusting them frequently. I haven't decided if I'm going to return them or not."
