Well, first time for everything!
"When I received this topper it was flat as a pancake and wouldn’t bend to fit my Wanda frame. I started a chat to get some help and they suggested I try bending it to fit!! I told them I was afraid to break it and they sent out a new one immediately! I hate to waste, but this is the reason I order directly from Pair so I don’t have to worry about fit issues, etc. Very happy with the customer service!"
