Pair Eyewear just say no

"Pair Eyewear’s customer service is abysmal, at best. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with an actual representative when you need help. I have had several issues with my prescription, and the magnets on the toppers are so weak that they frequently fall off. This is particularly frustrating for a product that relies on the toppers staying securely attached. The website is also unnecessarily difficult to navigate. There are so many click-bait links and layers to work through just to find the information or support you actually need. And don’t even get me started on the hoops you have to jump through to cancel. I really wanted to like Pair Eyewear, but the combination of product issues, poor customer service, and a frustrating website experience has made dealing with the company far more difficult than it should be."
