How to Order Your Glasses Online with Pair Eyewear

Placing your order with Pair is as easy as 1,2,3! Our team at Pair wants to make the ordering process as easy as possible–that's why we’re here to walk you through it all.

Getting Started

When you first arrive on the website, you can go to either the "Women's," "Mens," or "Kids" section to pick out your desired fit. Additionally, if you’re unsure of the size you’ll need, you can check out our "Fit Guide" for more information about the measurements of our frames.

Selecting Your Frames

Next, hover your mouse over the desired section, and select the button titled "Shop Glasses." Here you can see all the Base Frame options. Each Base Frame starts at $60. After choosing your Base Frame select the button titled "Design your ____" and it will take you to the next step–picking out your Base Frame color.

Personalizing Your Pair

Once that’s done, you’ll get to the fun part a.k.a. picking out Top Frames! Each of our Top Frames start at $25 dollars. You can scroll through a range of collections to further customize your Pair.

Selecting Your Lenses

Once you’ve decided on your Top Frame choices, you can move on to the section titled "Select Lenses." Here, you’ll choose which kind of lenses you would like for your Base Frame. We offer:

• Free Classic Single Vision
• Blue Light Filtering (for $49)
• Premium Ultra Thin (for $60)
• Light Responsive/Transitional (for $149)
• Progressive Lenses (for $199)
• Sunglass Lens (for $99)

Once you’ve settled on your choices for all three sections, click the "Add to Cart" button.

If you're purchasing prescription glasses, you’ll have 3 options to add your script. You can:

• Upload a photo
• Have Pair call your eye doctor
• Receive a reminder later.

Extras

During this stage, you also have the option to purchase a Wall Hanger to safely hang all your Top Frames, our Handy Dandy Cleaning Kit, or PairCare, which we highly recommend.

Completing Your Order

Once you’ve completed this, you're all ready to head to Checkout. When you get to the checkout screen, you can proceed and pay with Paypal, or enter in your Shipping and Billing information as usual. We offer 4 different types of shipping, to best accommodate your shipping needs.

Additionally, we offer multiple payment methods to better assist your needs. We do offer payments with an FSA or HSA card at checkout, or you can apply for insurance reimbursement after purchasing. Once you've entered in this information and completed all sections, click "Pay Now" and you're all set. Shortly after, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your purchase. In the coming days, you’ll receive an email about sending us your Pupillary Distance (PD) for your new glasses. Instructions are provided on our site for how to accurately measure your PD.

Now, take a deep breath. You've officially ordered your Pair and are all set! Welcome to the Pair Fam!
