"The glasses look great. However, their lab was unable to create my daughter's prescription. I agreed to have the frames sent with clear lenses so we could find a local lab to do it. I kindly requested the cost for the RX lenses be refunded. I have made 5 separate contact attempts for this refund and have yet to even receive a response. Moving toward a fraud claim at this point because I can't get anyone to talk to me."
"Order Ella & toppers 8/3/2026. I wish I could provide a review of my new glasses, but per your tracking website, the shipment has been in pre-transit since 8/17/2926. I also received an email telling me to expect my package by 8/21/2026. Nope. As of today, I still have no updates on my shipment. Very disappointed in Pair for both the delay and the lack of communication. At this point I am going to report this as fraud to PayPal and my bank."
"I have been ogling PAIRS for years, sighing over the fun toppers (especially premiums and colourful tops). This year I needed progressives, and my sensitive blue eyes are always crying in the sun so suntoppers were a massive incentive to choose PAIRS, as were the mixed material options. I wear silver jewelry so picked the clear with silver arms, and I chose ELLA for my narrow face (exact same cat eyes as my previous traditional frames, but PAIRS are quite flat where my previous frames had a slight curve. I think the metal arms look a bit more upscale. Really pleased with the progressive lenses, love my toppers. Ella feels playful and feminine. Only downsides: they slide a bit down my nose, as I’m used to traditional metal frames with nose pads. I’m Canadian and paid $20 extra for quick shipping. Arrived a day ahead of expectations!"

"I am loving my new Ella frames and toppers! I’ve only had them a couple of days but they are so much fun! The polarized sunglasses toppers work great and the regular toppers that I have are great too! The only downside I can think of is now it takes me longer to get ready because I have to decide which toppers to wear! LOL I ordered mirrored green sunglasses toppers and the Homecoming football toppers to wear to the upcoming opening game of the Philadelphia Eagles! How fun!! Go Birds! Too bad they don’t have NFL specific toppers yet. If you’re on the fence about getting these glasses, just do it. I have a high prescription and I got the thin progressive lenses with blue light blocking. I was a little worried the prescription wouldn’t turn out right but, they’re perfect! They’re better than ever and fun too! There are a bajillion fun toppers to choose from and, Pair eyewear makes a snazzy fun alternative to wearing the same glasses every day. 👍👍Two thumbs up😃"
